Hey all
I made this post over on the PS3Trophies.org Trophy Boosting thread, but no biters yet.
-------------------------------------
Hey everyone. I finally managed to pick this game up. I am not too familiar with it yet, the first thing I did was the "Welcome to the Party" and "Real Nasty Habit" XP workaround, which worked flawlessly. I was playing on easy, and I quit as soon as I got the trophies so I never finished the first level. I managed to run out of ammo with the pulse rifle half way through the level, and had to resort to using the pistol, and pistol whip the aliens a few times bahaha. The walking around is alittle weird, if you run into the walls you slide around them.
Anyway, enough about that... I would like to start adding friends to go for the multiplayer trophies. I tried earlier to get into my first ranked online game for the "Welcome to the War" trophy, but I think I'll wait until tonight when I have more time to dedicate to waiting. I don't think I'll be very good at first haha (I have a form of muscular distrophy, so using L2/R2 for firing is difficult) but I imagine with practice I'll find my own little workaround or groove like I have with Modnation Racers, which also uses L2/R2 for driving.
I live in Saskatchewan, Canada, so my timezone is Central Standard Time, UTC -06:00. I mostly play at night... mostly... haha. I am also very flexible, I can play during the afternoon with planning in advance, but I prefer to play at night/evening.
I'm not a very good leader, but I'm serious and dedicated to working towards a goal, and I usually stick around to help anyone who has helped me. (I say usually because with my lifestyle, I may not be able to help at certain times, which are totally random times, sorry, thats what life is like when you are physically disabled)
I have a headset, but I'm not much of a talker, due to my disability, with having a weaker voice, and I'm shy too, which doesn't help. I originally got it to play with family whom I don't get to see very often. But I will use it to listen to directions, if whoever is leader calls for it. Last game I played that required boosting was "Call of Juarez: Bound in Blood" and we used a chatroom with great success. I do not have a keyboard.
I prefer playing with players who are 17+, or are VERY mature. (I am going to be 22 this year). I do not tolerate people who do not cooperate. I also don't accept blank friend requests, please put
AVP boosting, or a friendly message, or something relating to this in the message. I get along well with others!, I am pretty friendly myself!
I am only human, I do make mistakes, if something happens that is my fault, it is an honest mistake, and for which I apologize. I am very careful though, so mistakes are usually minimal, if any at all.
Hope to see some of you online!
Moosh
