It looks good, but there is one BUT - it doesn't really look that scary or whatever from those supposedly in-game action fragments somewhat. I mean, the situations seem to be quite "oh look, there is alien coming outta god damn floor - let's kill it before it has even came out fully .. I mean, it looks like footage maybe from console version where you have to slowly turn your crosshair into the direction of the fight and then use ~2-5 bullets to kill it, hitting it in random places. Not few millisecond reaction before you enjoy yourself being a dinner for hungry Alien :X

I really hope that it won't look and feel like that in final version, I really do (see what I did there?).

Sorry guys for negativism, but this video for me is sort of letdown at the moment :S

It doesn't look that scary because the human born aliens are pathetic, like in avp2010, small lizards made for a teen audience or something like that. The fact that there are not actual cameraliens really kills the immersion, just why?

Well, today is the day we can finally say we were given actual gameplay footage. We all have come this far and have waited for this game for a ROFL while..., roll on spring.

With the exception of the aliens (just the most important thing of all...), the game looks badass, I won't negate It, and this is gonna be a PC buy, definitely.

I think it looks really good.
Also a reason why it might not be as scary as was wanted is because it's suppose to be the spiritual successor to "Aliens" which was more of Action/Suspense movie with less horror moments and just a few scares.

I think the aliens need a bit of work, but if the game shipped I would definitely buy it! luckily gearbox has about 8 months to work the game and make it look great!
