The Derelict to Feature in Aliens Colonial Marines?

Personally, I think it is unlikely that these pictures are anything more than decorative / concept art to give the artists on Gearbox's Aliens Colonial Marines some inspiration, but how cool would bit be to be able to visit one of the most iconic settings in science fiction?

These were taken at the Gearbox Halloween party, hence the really awful costumes on display.

Will the Derelict feature? It would be nice to think so, but I expect everything around the Hadley's Hope Colony would be a nuclear wasteland after the explosion.

Nice pics xD, i laughed so hard at that guy. The derelict and the jockey are iconic, and though that corridor looks too wide to resemble the ship, we are re-visiting it i,m sure. It will be soooo so cool as final level after hadley's hope _2 nightmare hahah

Yeah I don't think the spaceship was blown up in the explosion, so I think it will be a big part of the game! Why wouldn't they throw in such an iconic place into the game?

I would prefer they leave it out if it could at all conflict with the Prequels. If they can find a way to use it and not conflict then sure.

I don't see it ruining the game or prequel! It would be such a thirll to go and explore the inside of that ship further and it would give a good perspective on what the company wants to do with it and how the marines act towards it!

Due to some recent news related to the prequel, like the addition of Henriksen, and the suspiciously similar to the ORIGINAL AVP CORE origins of the aliens that Scott has already chosen as the path to follow, I'd rather enjoy some ACM non-canon Derelict levels and fuck off the prequel.

In spite of the infinite stupidity and incompetence at Sega HQ and the pathetically childish attitude of the GB staff toward the fans, I'm with ACM side story right now, not with Scott and a prequel that undoubtedly tries to create a link with the AVP films, so GB, I want to see your own in-vision of the Derelict, just like your new colony and your personal side-story to Cameron's film..., well, side story or sequel, we still don't know.

Scott got Foxed too..., I can not believe It yet.

Go GB, your story about Cameron's film could be the last good one in the series since the release of alien3, and that's been 20 fucking years already, so there's your chance.
