Like voice logs, or video logs? I mean, Sigourney isn't signed up for the project afaik, but it's be good to see some reference to her.

I guess we will find Bishop's log in the laboratory, I mean where It was analyzing the facehugger and maybe a Ripley's recording in the laboratory too while she was taking care of the little girl, before Burke's betrayal.

Thing is that we are getting Lance's own voice for the new Bishop android (and all those Bishop's logs we find around), but some other female voice will be used for Ripley's logs, in case there are some of these of course.

I'd be pretty disappointed if it was someone else playing Ripley, even if it is just audio logs. If theres any hint of Ripleys voice, I think it has to be Sigourney Weaver doing it. But thats just my opinion...

She did do the Avatar game, right?, Aaaand, she wants to play Ripley again, so... ya... haha

William Hope and Lance Henriksen are the only two familiar voices that are already confirmed.

I could imagine she asked a lot of money for putting her voice in the game somehow (in the form of audio logs or for any female marine, or female whatever we might run into in the game). That wouldn't surprise me coming from her, and Fox probably said in that regard: "uuuumh, no, Lance and William ain't asking that much, use them two vioces only and fuck her"

On a side note, I would have preferred GB going totally original and their own ideas when It came to human characters and voices. It is not that I'm dissapointed about that by any means, but I though It would have been much better, specially If they are planning on messing around with Hudson's fate, something that has got me really really worried at this point. The big dissapointment for me till now are those tiny alien toons designed to please a younger and casual audience; we were promised 100% faithful material to Cameron's Lore (not Scott's), and those lolololololaliens have nothing to do with the brutal and enormous and bipedal human born alien warrior. If we attend to this, and what could be more important in an aliens game than the aliens themselves, then we have had a very bad start here. I though this would be happening in AVP2010 only..., hell I was wrong to death, sad.

Oh God is this confirmed? Its not sticking to Camerons lore....and they are planning on bringing Hudson back?

atmosphere, what locations look like, marines, gear, vehicles; everything is just like Cameron's movie, everything but..., well, the most important thing of all you know.

Also, If you like this, have you seen the new crusher alien or whatever is that?, many people are liking It

The crusher...I don't hate it. I want it to be justified, though. Does it spawn out of some indigenous life on LV-426 (because...there isn't any)? When does it come about in the life cycle?

I don't need Ripley in the game, though, back OT. This is about the Marines, oorah.

Unfortunately haven't heard about the Crusher Alien till now, i'll look for the data on it. As for Ripley, while she is a big part of the series, I'd like to have her voice on data recorders or something. But if she's asking for too much than ya, screw her. Its a game, not a movie.

No one has officially said for sure if she's even been asked. I don't believe she would ask for too much money. If she did turn them down, I could see it being due to scheduling conficts as she seems to be working on a few movies lately. She did do Avatar: The Game, remember... So anything's possible

GB has stated that the crusher is a form of mutation of the remaining aliens around Hadley's Hope as a result of the radiation. Also, the very fact the there are still some parts of the colony that were not destroyed by the nuclear blast is absolutely ridicolous; i mean, we all saw the size of the blast when the dropship scene leaving LV-426.

A lot of people including me ain't liking this since the alien was called "the perfect organism" for some reason; we saw It once in space and having a nice 5600ºc plasma shower and that didn't even make a tiny scratch in his body structure..., furthermore, the creature still struggled for re-entering the ship with that engine already engaged, giving us an idea of Its immeasurable strength . You can now think of the outcome of an alien vs a predator melee fight after watching this scene hehh.

Now the aliens are affected by radiation, blasted to bits with a couple of PR bursts..., maybe the pathetically small size of these new ACM warriors are because of the radiation too lol. Sorry but I'm just sick of the tiny toon aliens made for the casual audience. We were promised true cameraliens, not this.

And again regarding Ripley, If she hasn't been confirmed yet..., with William and Lance are already confirmed, then where is Sigourney?, she isn't there. Reasons for that?, probably what I said in my post above.
