Apparently, the film is gonna be rated 13 instead of mature, which is a very bad start imho; Fox has cut the film budget drastically and wanted the film to be appealing for a wider audience (bad). Don't misunderstand me guys, A L I E N was a B film with a "two cents" budget, but times have changed (Fox specially), and the fact that A L I E N was the greatest terror film ever made with a LOOL budget doesn't actually mean this time the story is gonna be the same.
Also, the new stuff coming from the very Scott regarding the alien origins is going to crush every single belief about the origins of the creatures since 1979..., I mean, the blow is gonna be telling; i kinda liked the new idea of the Jockey as a beign inside a suit (the iconic skeleton is now a suit you know), but in the last interview to Scott where he talks about the origins of the creatures reminds me A LOT of the original
AVP core (not the commercial one you all know about).
Fingers crossed, Scott has always been the man and the one who started It all (O'Bannon we don't forget ya), and he shall not screw It, or at least that's what I want to believe right now.
